I'm a Twin Cities-based communications and marketing professional who is passionate about connecting ideas, people, and purpose. Over the years, I’ve worked across healthcare, IT, and nonprofit spaces—each one adding new layers to how I approach strategy, storytelling, and collaboration.

I enjoy bringing structure to complexity, aligning teams, and creating messaging strategies that get and keep people engaged.
